We checked into the accessible room as long term guests some time ago. From day one the team went above and beyond to accommodate our son’s accessibility needs. The apartment had everything he needed. The level of care shown to us by all staff was astounding, nothing was too difficult nnHouse keeping staff are amazing, always looking out for us to make sure we had everything we needed. Reception staff are so welcoming and we always enjoyed our chatsnnArshan always greeted us with a friendly “hello” and was also very accommodating and always made sure our requests and needs were met to a high standard.nnWe would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to stay long term. It truly felt like a home away from home.nnSo, Thank you so much we truly appreciate everything that you all did. nnEva
We absolutely loved our stay at the quest! First thing we look for when we stay anywhere is somewhere to park the car safe and close with having young kids and this place had onsite parking and could fit our large car. The family room/ rooms were so clean and was comfortable to be in there, had heaps of room with the kids and we all had a good night sleep and the view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were amazing, kind and friendly. We loved having food places over the road which we could walk 30 seconds to or even drive a minute if you wanted something different to what was across the road. We would absolutely be staying here again!
Quest apartments always exceed expectations. Comfy beds and brilliant showers. Definitely perfect for overnight stays and location perfect for airport access. Would highly recommend this hotel!!! Very pleased and refreshed!
The apartments are great, lots of cutlery/crockery/cooking utensils in the kitchen. The staff are brilliant and cannot mention them highly enough. Isobel especially went over and above, and helped with every request we had. She is a star. Thanks so much - Helen
Wow just wow! First place we stayed in Australia visiting from NZ. All the staff we met at the front desk were phenomenal! Always willing to help, chat and discuss the areas! The rooms were spotlessly clean and I just can’t fault this place. But to get staff like this working for you, they are all incredible. It’ll be hard to beat that for sure.!
