Nice view of the city and easy to access from the city via bus route 301. Just a 6-minute walk up the hill from the bus stop. Spending 10-15 minutes there is enough, but it's worth the trip at least once for a nice view of the city.
A good morning walk destination. Uphill to Bartleys Hill Reservoir and the lookout. Some seating available, great view towards the Brisbane CBD. For those not inclined to walking, there is also vehicle parking
It's okay... there is a view of the city but most of it is blocked off by the overgrown trees. There are some benches that are positioned great for the view, except for the fact that you're sitting too low to see anything from them.nnThere used to be enough parking spaces, but some recent works to the water storage facility up there has meant a closure of the parking.nnNot much else up there, except for the view, just a decent little walk or super quick drive to get to a poor man's ironically, in an affluent area version of Mt Coot-tha lookout.

My family and I visited Bartley's Hill Lookout recently, and it was an enjoyable experience. The lookout is well-kept, and the views are nice, even if they aren’t particularly extraordinary. It’s an easy location to reach, and the parking is sufficient. We took some time to relax and enjoy the fresh air, which was refreshing. While it’s not a must-see destination, it’s a satisfactory spot for a short visit. If you’re in the vicinity, consider stopping by, but don’t expect breathtaking scenery. Overall, a good place to spend some time outdoors with family.
