This was a last minute booking and the staff were lovely. Room had everything we needed. No parking available for our stay wasn't ideal though. Didn't find it noisy even though by the station.
I booked mid week at the members rate and paid $240 per night. For this, honestly, I’d expect better. This place is pretty new, but pretty substandard. The bathroom mixer tap is not attached to the wall, the shower head is split. The towels are small and thin. The walls are PAPER thin. I can hear every conversation next door and in the hall, word for word. The car park was ‘full’ and I wasn’t allowed to park there, despite there being empty spaces both nights of my stay my room had a wonderful view of the carpark. Quests are usually better.
Housekeeping missed a few items on their clean and on arrival had some non perishable foods in the cupboard and an open bottle of milk in the fridge. No a major issue, overall rooms were big, spacious and clean. Great location and heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Check in was a dream, met by friendly staff and were very quick.
We had a studio room for 4 nights. The room has a lot of amenities like induction cooktop, chimney, utensils for cooking, fridge, microwave, etc. The front office staff was so polite and always ready to help. This is right opposite to the Penrith station so going into the city was not a hassle at all. Overall, a great experience.
Perfectly clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Some noise from trains nearby but not terrible.
