Very impressed with my stay at Pullman Penrith. The hotel is beautifully designed inside and outside. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of channel and movie options! The buffet breakfast was very decent and the made to order coffee was delicious every time. In room service and meal was also great. Would definitely return and recommend!

A special mention goes to Georgia, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Upon discovering it was our son's birthday, she surprised us with a personal card and delicious cakes in our room, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay.nnThe hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to all Penrith's key attractions and places.nnOverall, our stay at the Pullman Hotel in Penrith was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch accommodation in the area.
I had a fantastic one night stay for business. Reception were friendly and efficient. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Good size for modern Australian hotel rooms. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. No issues experienced on this stay at all. Would highly recommend.
Hotel is located close to Panthers where we had booked a show. Easy to find, smooth check-in, well appointed room with a view to the mountains. Accor membership acknowledged, all staff very helpful. A good night's sleep was appreciated...
Here for work. Hotel is clearly new with lovely furniture, nice materials. Great aesthetic.nDisappointed with room service the tablet/portal to order did not allow ordering of sides or suggest necessary, so a steak on it's own turned up!. In the restaurant the fries were soggy and a bit cold. Main course excellent though. Wasn't asked how the food was at any point. They did make a great martini though.nBreakfast was uninspiring usual bacon/scrambled egg buffet. Ordered a poached egg that didn't turn up.nI would return if I needed to be in Penrith for work. They need to work a little on the room service ordering interface to avoid errors and no-one likes soggy fries though!
