Exceptional what an experience service was outstanding staff amazing - little things like a txt offering local knowledge to make the most of my time in town. Room is very clean well appointed and quiet.nStayed in 1 room apartment that was bright light and comfortable- travel heaps for work and the Quest Orange is really convenient close to city centre.
Only had an overnight stay as we were passing through Orange to drive to Dubbo and found it to be clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider it for longer stays as the room comes equipped with a kitchenette as well as a washing machine and dryer. Location was also convenient and close to shops and cafes. Great value for what we paid and one of the better options in Orange.
Five stars plus!nThis hotel was a pleasure to stay at; every little detail has been thoughtfully prepared .nTo list a few details that impressed me; the staff at reception was friendly and very helpful, the reception desk had tea and fruit available, the room had a coffee machine with coffee capsules replenished every day, the cleaner left a daily note to say that they had serviced the room, the lift had a welcome note by the owner and list of suggested local attractions. The reception desk was welcoming and also located just off centre from the main entrance to allow a degree of privacy when coming and going.nThe building was modern and well maintained. The room was spacious and inviting.nEverything was super clean.nQuest Orange sets the standard for customer service.nThankyou
Located in the heart of town. I was impressed by the cleanses of the rooms.nLoved the extra touches..of T2 teas /coffee and cookies..nBalcony over looking town, staff were friendly and provided friut and water bottles at the front desk.nWill definitely stay here again
I was working night shift and had the best sleep during the day, no noise and was able to black out the rooms.nThey also offered additional services like towels ect if I needed.nI was also given a free upgrade, which was a beautiful surprise. All of the room I've stayed in have been great.nAlways a pleasure staying there.
