I recently stayed at Quest Apartments in Brighton and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Anthony, who went above and beyond during our stay. He kindly upgraded our room, which was very thoughtful since I was staying with my father. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Quest Apartments to anyone visiting Brighton.

Had arrived later in the evening after having a terrible experience with a “third party/private host” booking on Airbnb and was greeted with such professionalism, empathy and warmth from Anthony at reception!nAll all ended well with a great sleep in a very comfortable bed and a lovely clean apartment.nThanks again Anthony

I got a room with no hot water in the shower and no phone in the room. It took 2 days and several complains to move me to another room.nReception is not attended  during evenings, and short weekend hours, causing very bad response time to fix problems. I had a pipping noise in my room, asked to check and fix it while I am out . When I returned in the evening, it was still going on with no one in the reception.
