Had to stay here for a work conference. The room had a relaxing quaint feel with all the things you need for a short stay. The quality of the room was great with private mini balcony and nice touches. Would come back again.

Lovely front counter staff, very friendly. We received a free upgrade which was amazing so thank you!
Our room was modern, the private courtyard was great.

However, the first night we had a moth buzzing around, when we looked up, the ceiling had around 30 mosquitoes on it. I went to the reception and got some mortein and they also gave me a plug in mosquito deterrent. Killed a stack of mosquitoes and spent time brushing them off the bed.
 We then had to keep getting up during the night to get rid of moths that were smacking into walls keeping us awake. 
They said due to these issues they'll waive the $17 a night parking fees which we were cool with.

Next day we tried to use the wifi, splash page took ages to load on laptop, iPhone and Android, 400mb download/upload then you need to pay $20 for 1gb, didn't use our limit, but the network would drop out every hour or so so you had to reauthenticate, which took ages again for the splash page. 

When we got home around 2pm we asked the front counter staff about the gym access. They said it's at the yacht club across the road, but another guest had the only key, but we could go over during manned hours and gain access.
 They were going to contact the other guest to get the key, we decided to go at 9pm, stopped at the reception to get the key, but the other guest still had it, went to see if it was still manned and it wasn't. 
So the 24/7 gym is only good if someone else doesn't have the key or the yacht club is open.

Overall a pretty negative experience, apart from the staff which was pretty much the only saving grace this place has.
