Shout out to the guy who flattened and bent my flashing and then offered to make 2 sheets I was ordering there and then when the office staff would have me come back tomorrow. Currently best Co. im dealing with, place an order and delivered next day. Guttering is 0.55 BMT not 0.42 BMT like other Co.s. Can easily whip up any flashings needed as well

27-11-2018 Driver nearly injured me doing a close pass. I wrote politely to QSM. They watched the video 8 times but ignored me, so now in hands of QPS to resolve.

I came in today looking for guidance, but was disappointed by the lack of assistance. One of the receptionists handed me an order form and merely pointed at the roof sheet samples, assuming I had expert knowledge in the field. As a customer, I expected some explanation or support to help make the right choice. Instead, I felt dismissed and unacknowledged. Clear communication and basic customer service would have gone a long way.
