Janet was so lovely! She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her work and was happy to help me understand any questions I had about my foot issues. Grest bedside manner. Her treatment advice and welcoming nature was greatly appreciated.
So I a saw Janet and she is a nice friendly lady . Answered all my questions and it felt like good service . The part that went wrong is I asked if taping my foot which was bruised on the ball of my foot would help and she said it would restrict things too much and than she proceeded to sell me a carbon fibre insole and modified my insoles instead . Was not cheap for the insole . I trusted her as she is a foot specialist . However since trying the insole it made little difference to my foot compared to taping which I have since tried and it supports my foot much better . Maybe it’s just my particular case where tape is better , but I felt a bit misguided. Maybe unintentionally . But still. I’d be more careful and trust my research and idea first next time.
