My mother-in-law has been treated by Marie for more than 20 years now, which says all you need to know. Marie has single-handedly improved my mother-in-law's quality of life significantly over this time. I have so much respect for Marie's professionalism, knowledge, problem-solving skills and absolutely fantastic client care. Five stars and could not recommend any more highly.
Would highly recommend Marie. She treated my ingrown toenail very effectively and efficiently. Instant relief after her treatment. She was very welcoming, helpful and could fit me in same day!
Marie Whitfield offers an exemplary service. She has over the years resolved my achilles tendonitis when no-one else could,. She also fixed my plantar fasciitis. Last year when I was unable to walk and felt like a cripple due to an overstretched foot tendon, she researched what might help and procured a strapping boot for me confidently reassuring me when I was terribly frightened that I would walk again and would not need a mobility device. She regularly attends to my thick, ugly and impossible to cut except for her toenails. Besides being efficiently professional, it is her humanity that personifies her. She is compassionate and kind. A compassionate miracle worker!
RUDE RUDE RUDE LADY! Automatically had an attitude when I initially booked an appointment for my mum via text message. Come the day of the appointment I called up to see if we could postpone the appointment to a later time if there was one available due to my brother finishing work a little later than we thought He was her transport, and usually finishes early My mum has epilepsy, so she doesn't drive, and she's also deaf which i explained to Marie earlier via text. During the phone call Marie was very rude and not understanding at all, then she hung up the phone while i was explaining to her. Do not recommend this lady at all. Very unprofessional - 22/03/22 12.28pm - YES YOU HAVE, WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE THIS MORNING AND I WAS TEXTING YOU AFTER YOU HUNG UP ON ME LOL.
80$ for a 3 minute appointment. Excuse me? She did absolutely nothing except stating that the the issue was gone. Yeah, I knew that myself. Why ask me to come back then?
Took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment and help me to understand how to prevent any recurrence. Thanks!
