The initial service was good but they seem to have lost our file

We were initially quite anxious about building a pool. Thankfully a friend recommended Queensland Family Pools. From the very first meeting all the way through to complimentary visits to check on the functioning of the salt water system we were extremely impressed. We could phone them at any time and they were always professional, friendly and helpful on the other end of the line. We felt in good hands throughout the build and we are so happy with the end product. It has now been a year since completion and I am still telling everyone who are even thinking about a pool to look no further.

I am quite disappointed. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment that suited to get a quote for a very much wanted pool at our home. I work shifts and have newborn twin girls so time is not on my side! Luckily though we came to an agreed time and my wife and I were very excited to begin the process. The day of the quote comes and he arrives over an hour early waking me, my wife and our two newborns up. I proceeded to tell him that we were unable to have him do the quote until the agreed upon time, as we need to feed the twins and get ourselves organised and he said that he would come back in an hour. The time came and went so I called the main office and was told that the appointment will be rescheduled for another two weeks as the construction industry has a flexible schedule and we should be expected to fit in with it. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and if we had notice we could have organised to bring the appointment forward without an issue. We now need to choose another company and draw out the process even longer to get the ball rolling. This review is only reflective of their quoting system, unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of their pools.
