Collected my new 250 SX-F yesterday. Kerrod is knowledgeable and provided good customer service, and the staff are always friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending QB4. I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement guys, don't want you getting a big head :

I recently went in contemplating getting a KLR for a trade in staff where amazing, both Tegan for finance and I forget his name but the gentleman that deals for kawasaki. Amasing service, clear timeliness for finance and walked me through step by step. Highly recommend this place helps that the staff knew in-depth about the bike I was looking at giving tips and tricks for customisations. Will be back for next venture.

Do not recommend these guys at all!!!nDon't waste your time.nI gave them a 2013 ktm to look at.nI asked them to check the below as I ruled out all the other issues.nI asked if they could check the cdi/ecu, voltage rectifier and pulser coil.nThey didn't do anything accept check for spark and check the ecu codes which I also said it had no codes....nSo and hours labour 160 dollars later to check a spark plug and plug the scan tool into the ecu.nAlso I removed all plastics for them so access was easy.nThey won't swap over parts for test unless you purchase them.... i spoke to lad on the phone who has no idea about dirt bikes.nNice lady that works in there and some of the lads.nBut piss poor help out of these guys.nHow hard is it to have test parts on a shelf being a dealership?nSwap components to find the problem.nThen charge a customer for that part that fixes it, not say you'd would have to purchase as you go!nAll well and good if you don't give a rats about money.nWhat would you say to someone who spends a 1000 dollars on parts and the problem is still not fixed?nnI know alot of lads with bikes.nAfter my experience I'll be telling all to avoid this joint.nnRead this and fix your ways KTM
