A wide range of products is there. But I am not satisfied with the bakery, for example, the toast bread options are very low if you compare them with other shops. And most of the time Eggs are out of stock. I think they need to consider the basic necessity items. Rest options for other items are fine.
your stated hours are 0700-2200 well its 0701 and your manually opened doors are still locked with 3 customers waiting outside and not a staff member to be seen, so i just went to new world down the road which was doing a roaring trade for that time of morning. Let me tell you something, i used to work at a well known wellington eastern suburbs supermarket in the late 00's and the hours back then where 0600-0001 7 days. The doors opened automatically at 0600 every morning - not a minute later, everything had to be PRECISE otherwise the door company and us security staff got a 25 minute screaming match from the store owner for "poor time keeping" even if it was 0600.01 seconds. If this foodstuff supermarket had this store open EXACTLY on time under threat of extreme punishment then maybe your staff can learn from the exp i had working at the no-names mentioned eastern suburbs supermarket.
Staff always friendly and have served the community and know many of us by name. .. . The checkouts are often open so you don't need the self checkouts. . After all we don't work there. Lol
The lady who served me was wonderful, we had a bit of bants and I left laughing. She's the only reason I gave 4 stars otherwise would have been an average 3. Not good, not bad, just average.
What a range of crisps and snacks. It's just not Aldi.
Great work team!! I did my first click and collect order to be picked up from the lockers. What a hassle free experience. My order was ready well before my collection time and everything great with my order.
The shop is clean and well stocked we bought everything we needed and it's the only shop where I can find brioche sliders which we love with our meals. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Always fully stock never had a issue with getting the items I have needed Clean and tidy
The best time to get there is 9am or just before the shops open. That way you get a good carpark
My favourite grocery shop. Friendly helpful staff, great prices & clean premises. I have no vehicle so I catch a bus & Qieensgate Countdown is easy for me to get to & get home from. I only need to walk through te car park & on te way back from Queensgate Countdown I just push my shopping in te cart to te road
