I would like to share some excellent feedback for Suzie. I visited the store with my partner and our daughter, and we were looking for blueberries, which we could not find anywhere. Suzie was clearly very busy at the time, yet she did not simply say they were unavailable and move on. Instead, she went the extra mile by offering to call her team leader to confirm the situation.nnAfter checking, she let us know that blueberries would be available next week. We really appreciated her effort, especially in a situation where many people would have considered it just part of the job to say “no.” Her proactive approach, willingness to help, and customer-focused attitude made a strong impression on us. This level of employee truly stands out and reflects very positively on her and the store.
Pak n Save is handy for a quick shop and I have never found it to be super busy even at the weekend. The produce is good and I like the size of and the selection in the deli section. It's got an EV charging slot in the underground park
Very good prices, choice of fresh fish, good range of fresh fruit and veggies. Staff quite helpful. Good car parking.
Clean well organised supermarket. New fridges and layout looks swish. Prices are a definite deal breaker in terms of competition. Place to go for simple, basics but essential shop. Still has top shelf champagne and a number of quality items.
