Good spot to park in Fremantle however the first hour has now increased to $6 which is a bit steep. If the City wants people to visit,it needs to make things more affordable to make people want to come back. In Perth you can park for $4.
Always felt safe leaving our cars here. Right in the centre of Fremantle with access to everything you need. All day rates are only $20. Can’t complain with that!
Worst car park and service. Took an hour to exit due to "stuck gates" no staff on-site so had to wait for techs. They then seemed to try fix rather than open an an clear the place. Money grabbing to collect payment over patrons. Also seems like a safety issue if the gates can't be opened without a tech.
You pay an arm and a leg for parking here. Carpark is poorly designed. There’s a line for everything - line to get into the carpark carpark wasn’t even full and it took us 10 mins to get in from the Main Street, to find plenty of spaces, line to pay 20 mins with 1 machine not working and then, it’s taking us an hour and still counting to get out of the carpark after paying. Not sure what is happening but this definitely needs to be looked at. Won’t be parking here ever again.
Not so sure how many times this car park has taken credit from our account my sister and I! It kept saying declined but later we found out all the transactions went through. We don't know who to contact as there was no one there. Honestly!
The security and owners are cool but secure parking is dragging the whole place down. They are rude and untrustworthy. Park elsewhere
Never got a parking and I cancelled it. The app didn't even work and when I tried to cancel, it didn't work but deducted my money. I emailed them but no one responds. I called them and they said they will refund but still haven't refunded it. So annoying. Don't trust them. Felt like I was scammed.
You get to level 4 and it’s a dead end with no turning options. The last floor has been fenced in on both sides for resident parking. We visited on a busy Sunday and not realising this got to the top with a huge line of cars behind us. The only way out was for passengers in our car to go into traffic management mode and walk to all the cars explaining and telling them to reverse. You urgently need to put up adequate signage and redesign the way this resident parking has been built to allow vehicles a turning point.
What a nightmare this car park is. It was full but there was no signage to say so. Several cars in front of me & also behind me, got all the way to the top & it is gated off unless you have your own user card to get in. Everyone was trying to reverse to get back down & it was chaos. Wasted a good half hour or more. I was well ticked off. And after reading other reviews on this site re the cost, won’t ever go there again. Having said that, being it was 9.30 Monday morning & it was full already, my patronage is obviously not needed. The streets were relatively empty so who the hell is parking there??
This car park has 3 levels, but it doesn't give you any information about the number of free bays. Very frustrating to get to the end and having to exit because there's no space...
