Walking into this place is taking a step into a time when people cared about what they were selling. First experience five years ago Bill, the owner, sat me down talked guitars, had me play a few then suggested one for me. It was great and perfect for the time. Flash forward, I'm clearer about what I want and Bill helped me fulfil that vision. Worth visiting for the integrity and the history on the walls.

Great food, great service. I've had the Tea Smoked Salmon and something called "smashed " something and both were delicious. Lovely atmosphere too - quirky old building cleverly decorated.

Lovely place, the outside of the place looks like it belongs in Europe with the grape vines. The food is okay, friendly staff and one of the best hot chocolates i have drank in Auckland.

Nice place, quiet and cozy. Limited menu but decent food. I liked the Creamy Mushrooms. The service was good, the food came out fast and they checked in to see if we needed anything.
