So far, during my treatment, they have been excellent
They looked after my wife very well. I can't say we want to go back but if we did we know we'd be looked after well. The food could do with a few changes. Theres a lot of older people there that would probably do better being fed old fashioned food like chops or rissoles! Just my opinion.
It was ok but when we whent through the doors the person wasso not understand that my husband didn't have to wear a mask that was the second time they tyred to get him to wear one even tyres to get him to wear a full face one he has a letter not to wear one u need to restrain your staffing
I absolutely HATE the place as far as I'm concerned,by putting a COVID patient in same room as my mum she DIED thanks for nothing
