Good experience overall. Really good staff and helped with daughters medical condition well.nThough there was a delay in getting called due to GP being on sick leave in the morning, the whole experience was brilliant.nI was using this facility for the first time and the whole experience was commendable.nIt was certainly good to see the same GP who we consult in our regular practice.nnHighly recommend to use this facility for non emergencies when your regular GP is unavailable.
I will most likely NEVER go here againnI went there with extreme chest tightness when my breathing was reduced when I walkednnNot only was the doctor rude, but he blamed it on anxiety and when I told him I had been anxious in the past and said I know the difference, he completely dismissed me. He was rude from the very beginnging and kept at it until the point I was crying and just wanted to walk out and leavennOne of the nurses there then came to check in on my because I'm assuming she overheard me telling my mum how horrible the doctor had made me feel. I was telling her what was going on and she got a phone call, said I'll be back and never came back. She did not show any form or empathy at allnnI have never been anywhere before where how I was treated made me want to leave until visiting here
Thank you for providing such an amazing healthcare service. I injured myself while on holidays and had no idea who to see.nThe process was flawless, from the admin, to the nurses who are knowledgeable and keep the energy upbeat even when everyone there is in pain or feeling unwell. The team allowed the Dr’s the efficiency and time to diagnosis and they knew where to refer for a quick resolution.nThank you, keep up the good work.
Had a cut on my finger and attended the clinic as I didn’t think it was worthy of a trip to hospital but not something I could patch at home, upon arrival was advised the cut was quite serious and that I should attend the hospital emergency department.nnAfter waiting 4 hours in emergency they applied some steri strips and a bandaid… what kind of medical center can’t even handle applying a few steri strips?! Seems to me the doctor just couldn’t be bothered and just sends people to clog up our hospitals
Took my daughter there as she had a foot injury, as she was unable to get into her own doctor as late in the day. Dr didn’t even look at her foot He said she was fine although she has a lot of pain and could barely walk on it. He told us nothing wrong just some bruising. We asked if it could be broken he said no, you wouldn’t be able to move it at all. There was significant swelling and dark purple and black and pain . He didn’t not even compare it to her other foot. After a couple of days and swelling and bruising and pain getting worse her GP got X-rays and WOW surprise surprise it’s broken and out of alignment. So now she has to see a specialist. Never take anyone there unless it is a minor scratch. The male Dr that so called seen to her had a “I am so good” attitude had no idea what was presented in front of him. Doesn’t listen to the patient because he knows best. NEVER AGAIN will I go there for anything.
