Went in to get help in regards to homelessness and was spoken to rudly by the front counter lady who was abrupt and very rude
Quantum is an amazing service. I cannot thank Michelle enough, not once but on two occasions some years apart when suffering severe financial hardship and worrying about possible homelessness if they couldn't help. Honestly, thank you Quantum and thank you Michelle.
Great place, will recommend it to anyone who needs it. The workers there where very helpful and friendly. I came away from there feeling more positive and happy. Thank you quantum.

Beware taking the hand of this organisation. Complete failure to provide any service. basic security protocols or shelter. 5 stars for persecuting victim even further for their perp's crime. The system & culture of this network is very broken.
