Our room was perfect, with beautiful personal touches throughout. The staff were incredibly lovely from the moment we arrived until our departure, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We would especially recommend the Snapper Crudo and the Duck Breast for anyone looking to try something a little different. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
As first-time visitors, we couldn't have asked for a better long weekend at QT. The anniversary surprise was such a thoughtful touch and truly made our stay extra special. We were so appreciative of the bottle of Prosecco, the balloons, and the lovely handwritten note from the staff.nnThe room was cosy, comfortable, and excellent value for money. One of the highlights was spending time at the rooftop bar watching the sunset plus the atmosphere was brilliant.nnA big thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. We will definitely be back and highly recommend QT to anyone looking for a fun, stylish getaway with exceptional service.
Stayed for two nights. The bedroom was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The hotel left balloons and a bottle of wine in our room as we told them we were celebrating our honeymoon, so nice! Dyson hairdryer was a real treat. Breakfast to order was such a nice touch, it was really fresh and delicious. Staff were so lovely and kind. Rooftop bar was great, what a vibe!
A last minute booking just for 1 night. Very well run with staff who were sharp & on the ball - we enjoyed all interactions with the helpful staff. This didn’t match our experience prior to check in, which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. When I checked in online the check in form asked for special requests. I provided several, asking about parking & arranging a firm pillow. No reply & no follow up. Scrap that section if you’re not going to respond. Before arriving, I called to check on parking arrangements - no answer, despite trying many times to get through on all lines.nOther than that, being there in person made up for the lack of response. The restaurant looks great, & the room & hotel decor is unique & fun. Bed was excellent & I appreciated all the hooks in the bathroom & room entry area - 1st hotel that has exceeded my expectations when it comes to hanging options nThe online check in /check out facility is cool. Parking ended up being easy too.
Absolutely loved QT Newcastle. So quirky, upbeat and fun. The bathroom was amazing, bed super comfy I loved the long pillows, OP not a big fan. Staff were helpful and friendly, stored our luggage until our room was ready.nWe had a limited view of the harbour and enjoyed seeing the busy port sights .. and stunning sunrises.nWe had an included breakfast package which was exceptional value.
