QC Flooring were brilliant during our initial enquiry. We respected their wealth of knowledge and willingness to discuss various options with us. They were pricier than others but we wanted to go with a local business. However the after care has been terrible. It’s been near impossible to get a hold of them as calls are rarely picked up and I get an email once a month at best.  After fitting was complete we noticed quite a few gaps and the floor panels aren’t level in some places. QC flooring use a 3rd party fitter. I was really disappointed that Mark from QC Flooring didn’t bother to check how the installation went afterwards and it’s been difficult to get hold of them since. We decided to ignore these snags despite not feeling like they’re up to the standards QC flooring represent.  We had new flooring in September and the wrong door bars were used. We’re still waiting for the correct ones. Two of the panels have cracked since installation. It looks like they were improperly installed. I sent an email 14th Nov and received a response 2nd Dec asking if we have spares. I’m still waiting for another response. After spending thousands on new flooring, noticing various snags and having planks split, the last thing I want to do is keep chasing them.  Unfortunately, until this is resolved asap, we won’t be recommending them again

The price of the product is expensive if you compare to any other shop but I trusted them because I thought it was a serious business but when they went to my house to fitting the floor they broke something and has been 5 months and they don’t want to take responsibility for what happened and they don’t want to pay me what they broke.  Updated: 8 months later they told me that they are not going to pay me what they broke. And to be honest the fitting of the floor is not good at all. If you don’t want to waste your money go to any other company.  Updated: 10 months later the floor because of the sun changed the color in some planks,  2 months waiting and I still have the floor with different color and don’t fitted properly.

Fantastic service and great quality work. Highly recommend them and would always use them in the future.  We urgently needed to replace the carpet in a place we have recently purchased for it to be suitable for tenants to move in. QC were fantastic, able to attend immediately with an on-site check whilst bringing samples then managed to procure and install all the carpet and lino within a week.

We bought the LVT for our kitchen floor from QC. Derek & Mike were extremely knowledgeable about the various products and helped to make the decision much easier. I have no hesitation in recommending them and we will be visiting again soon to sort our hallway and landing.

First time using QC Flooring, won't be the last! Superb customer service, wide choice of quality carpets and flooring and competitive prices.  Derek and Mike are so helpful and even dropped off samples to view at home. Dave is a highly experienced fitter with an eye for detail.  A lovely chap and so helpful.  Highly recommend! Highly recommended. We had Luvanto flooring Harvest Oak fitted to all our main downstairs rooms. We are delighted with the service from QC and the work of the fitter, Andy. First class job, very professional, very efficient and very courteous, plus the price was competitive. We also had two unopened packs of the flooring left over and were able to return them for a credit without any quibbling. What more could you ask for?

Excellent advise and the lovely guys who fitted the carpet even used some of the offcuts to carpet my cupboards. Professional, on time and worked hard. I would definitely use this company again. well done.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish.  Great support throughout our order. Worked with us to ensure fitting date was convenient for us. Quality of flooring supplied was brilliant. The flooring specialist  David was great  he  fixed and treated our underfloor and fitted our new flooring to the highest standard.  Could not  recommended them enough, will be using them for the rest if our house.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and price. Just had our second carpet fitted by them. As with the first, good quality, good price, really good service. Fitter was lovely, and very helpful. Professional job too. Proper good. Will only ever get my flooring from QC!

I am so impressed by these guys, they will go absolutely above and beyond your expectations! Fantastic first class service and I can't wait to see the transformation. I didn't know what I wanted and nothing has been a problem from getting samples delivered to my house to getting advice on different materials. They are so friendly and helpful, I am buzzing!
