The horrible feeling you get when you lose the computer file you have been working on all night... Qbit has taken away all of these concerns, offering our company a fully managed IT service agreement. From panicked calls, to server issues, backup management and keeping our requirements current, Qbit has been able to solve any issue we have sent their way. We particularly like the onsite visits, keeping some old school principles in a very modern and fast paced industry. Keep up the good work guys!!

I have utilised the services of Qbit for IT solutions, PC problem solving, off site service and back ups. The response to problems is always very fast, resolved quickly and can usually be done remotely which saves me time. The off site data back ups happen seamlessly and without interrupting anything we have scheduled. Great service all round, I would not hesitate to recommend Fabio and the team at Qbit
We have a fully managed IT solution contract and I have been dealing with Qbit on behalf of my employer for some time now and found their service efficient, friendly and helpful. Any problems that may arise are dealt with professionally and thoroughly until a solution is found and that can sometimes be difficult as our head office is overseas.
Qbit are great. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as a technophobe. Any issues are explained to me in a way I can understand. They maintain my computers security and updates so I don't have to.
These guys achieve the right balance of technical expertise with customer service - unusual in the IT industry. They are technically competent, but don't over-complicate the solution which can have ownership cost implications. They have invested in the right systems and management structure to ensure reliable and consistently good customer performance. Not enough IT support organisations get both of these right - but Qbit does.
QBit Computers have been like partners during our ups and downs for many years. I still recall how calm and professional they were after the March Storm, when they came in and assessed the damage and got down to business in putting us back on top of the situation. I don't know how we could have coped without them. Anything from hardware to offsite support, they take care of everything, so we can get on with our business.
Recently purchased a new scanner from Qbit and had it efficiently supplied and installed all within 24 hours. William Qbit technician provided me with excellent instalation and knowledge of its operation to meet my own personal needs. Well done Qbit!
Qbit have provided outstanding service looking after our computers we use to have a lot of issues recurring and getting charged by the old company each time to fix the same problem. We don’t have any of those problems anymore since we have changed to Qbit. They found the cause of the problems and fixed them, now we just pay a fixed month price much easier for budgeting and everything works.
Gareth was very helpful and so kind and careful with my Dad's computer upgrade. He is 97 years old. Thank you Gareth for your help and support thought this computer software upgrade and transition to NBN...... Also Cassandra is always cheerful and has a can do approach to solving problems. Thank you Fabio again for all your help!!!!!!!! Very Very appreciated!
