Twice kept me informed that he would be about 10 minutes later than i expected which is fantastic. Did a great job and was willing to explain to me when i asked questions as he progressed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and certainly will use him again if and when the need arises. My experience with Jamie was fantastic. Information was straight forward and easy to understand, not computer talk. Every thing was explained with options and prices and my desktop Mac was back before I could miss it. When my husband is ready for his new PC we won't hesitate to call Jamie to design PC for his needs. Very pleased with the service and have already recommended Nerds to friends with both Mac and PC

Highly recommend Jamie’s service and expertise. He was on time and thorough and solved the issue with my Dell XP’s laptop not charging (replaced the power jack and diagnosed battery issue) So good to have a mobile service that is effective!

I have used Jamie several times for various challenging problems with my computers and internet and have found him extremely professional,  explaining in detail what work he did and how to improve and overcome any problems which may arise.
