Very good as lounges go. It's huge, with 3 seperate areas. It did get a little busy, but because of the size, it wasn't crowded. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and fresh and hot, and was refreshed regularly. Great selection of drinks too. Also refreshed regularly.
Staff are friendly. Cakes are nice. Limited hot food. Mainly bread rolls and toast with cold cuts and cheese. Takeaway coffee and tea with oat, soy or almond milk is possible. Lots of seats available on a weekday afternoon flight.
Good lounge. Large enough that you can feel comfortable if you're alone. Food and drinks were great and the staff were helpful yet unobtrusive.
Nice lounge with very friendly staff at front desk. Good facilities but lacks natural light and a view of the runway compared to other Qantas lounges. Good place to relax etc. before a flight.
Staff are very friendly however seems like the design of Lounge forgot adding Sunlight /windows to lounge. Place is dingy and very depressing. Compared to other businesses lounges below average and not very comfortable place to spend time when you are in transit. Hope Qantas give a good justification? Coffee was good
I have been to this lounge many times. Always a limited food selection. Basic salads and pastas. Not up to international standards. Whole area is in need of refurbishment. Staff friendly but they couldn't wail until last flight was leaving. They were packing up food and drinks before plane was boarding.
The drink and food selections are ok. Plenty of seats for you to find a quiet spot to get done. I had a straightforward question for the staff at the front door and they said they would check and come back to me but never did. This is not the first time this has happened. I think they are more bouncers then customer service staff.
Great place to came relax before a long flight they have showers and heaps of chairs and tables
Very disappointing. No one is clearing tables, toilets are filthy, no barista at coffee station, food looks really sad. This is not the way you want to start your travels, especially when you pay through the roof for business seats. Qantas pick up your game. Stop being so lazy and tight with your service. This is not ok
Great place to relax before a long trip. Good food and drinks, bathroom facility is good with baby change table and showers. Close proximity to qantas gates, better than the amex lounge
