RUDE! The customer service at this site is not acceptable. Staff expect to be treated in the correct manner by customers, customers also expect to be treated with the same level of respect. It has to go both ways sorry. I ordered my meal today. The chips were cold! They were not in a acceptable eatable temperature. Food has to be served & sold hot. These chips were cold. I returned to the store immediately via drive through only to be greeted by the manager by a pathetic way. Snatched the cold chips off me, stormed off. Sorry but we aren’t animals here. Please have respect & treat people in the correct manner. This attitude came from the female manager which refused to disclose her name. I’m absolutely appalled by this. Why did the manager do this? Was she thinking I’m telling lies? The chips were cold & asked for a replacement. No other issue. If the manager of this site is reading this, please treat people with the same respect that you guys expect from customers. Sorry if you’re having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers. If this is the way you are, maybe you need management training & start setting proper examples to your staff & customers.

Not normally one to write reviews would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a family bundle box tonight and some other extras on the app. Upon arrival at drive thru service was very slow and there was no sign of customer experience upon receiving food asked the employee if my dipping sauces where in there completely got ignored coming home to eat after a long day at work food was stone cold nuggets seemed to be reheated several times and were as dry as the Sahara dessert. Fried chicken whopper was also dry and buns burnt. Chips were also over cooked and again reheated I suggest the oil needs replacing on your fryer as chips had a weird after taste. Only thing that I did enjoy was my coke definitely disappointed will not be returning.

don’t normally review fast food places but this was one of the best ones i’ve ever visited - dining area was clean, service was incredibly friendly and communicative. food was still fast food but our order was put together with care, and after a long day getting stuck at the airport it was greatly appreciated.

First try at this drive through and sadly the fries were cold and the grill master burger wasn't fantastic. The other nearby hungry jacks I've tried seem to have better quality but you never know if they are consistent!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Hungry Jacks. Food was that bad, the whole family did not finish their meals. Rude service as well. Avoid at all cost. After this experience, I will now avoid all Hungry Jack's in Australia!Food: 1/5

No Stars really. This store may be renovated but it needs a renovation on its service and food. Not happy at all to pay the money they ask for to receive disgusting food. Burnt burger patty, sloppy burger and cold chips. Staff hard to understand. Was offered 2 free burgers. Definitely won't be going back there.

We opted this for something different. The burger was delicious, a long time since my last. Nuggets were also good. It was a late night snack so we had to sit in the car and eat. But at least it was tasty.

Ordered a Family bundle with few upgrades and took out. When I get home, I noticed that one burger was missing. I was on my way home after a long trip and had no time to go back and ask for.

If there is rating in - i would preder that. komal working on service desk is rude and ridiculous. Do nit desrve to work here. Manager should take action in regards to review her behaviour. If not, going to loose customers and respect. The other white guy was very polite and humble. He apologised on her behalf but she my god very bad
