We had a quick trip down and needed a overnight place to rest up and we found this place. The staff are lovely and we got a budget family cabin. The room was a good size for the 5 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games room has plenty of entertainment to help keep them busy. Some things are a little dated but for a family tourist park we had everything we needed. Yes the airport is close and you can hear some of the planes going over but they didn't bother us at all and they didn't go through the night.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond! The deluxe cabin was so beautiful appointed, modern, super clean, everything carefully thought out. The pool and bird feeding were a highlight for the children, hospital was only 10 min drive for us, for our appointment. We will definitely be back!
We didn't have a room. Our caravan site was a good size with an unsuited. The management were onto everything. The park and pool was spotless and all the staff are very friendly. Yes there are a lot of plains that go over but to be honest, we love them. They stop at a decent hour and start again at a decent hour. Easy access to everything. IGA, bottle shop, chemist, and a few variety shops 2 minutes down the road and 8 minutes to the bigger shops. Great value for money. Only downside is residents leaving their washing on the line and using it as their private wardrobe lol We will definitely be staying again.
Due to a problem with my car I needed to extend my stay a few times. The management bent over backwards for myself & my sister. Accommodations are spotless & the park is well maintained. Location is handy to Tweed. People are friendly & helpful. There is a bit of aircraft noise but there’s a curfew so we sleep well. Very good & would stay here again.
2night stay at caravan ensuite site. Ensuite was dated but clean & serviceable. There is quite a few permanent vans but the park was well maintained. It is in a flight path, but we didn't find the planes an issue & there was no noise during the night. Walking distance to an IGA, chemist & other small shops & takeaways. Very convenient for our stay & would definitely stay here again.
