This is the worst and unprofessional place i have ever dealt with. The lady was very rude and not accommodating. They phone me to change my appointment but when i rocked up for my appointment the lady said sorry she made a mistake and she is very busy, although there was only 1 lady doing her lashes. I happened to meet up with a friend and we were talking for about and hour outside and thats when i discovered there was actually nobody in the salon. How is that for bad customer service wow!!Pure Elegance beauty parlor are the worst and the most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with!!
