Okay, so great little park with bbq amenities and toilets nearby. Some shops nearby but priced for tourists. The bay is protected from stormy weather but extremely tidal. Either great swimming off the wharf or no swimming at all. There is an alternative surf beach on the other side of the island which also has bbq amenities but surf and weather can be unpredictable.

I'm anchored just off the park on a yacht. The park has everything you need for a great day out. BBQ, park, undercover picnic tables and a beach. What more do you need.

Good views of the passage. Great play equipment, shelter sheds BBQ's and paths. Unfortunately the council has not replaced the basketball hoop. Shame about the toilets very old and grotty.

Nice walk in the park, had a good bike track, bbq, really good facilities perfect for day out with the family.
