Very rude person who runs this station on a Monday night. We pulled up on at the pumps ,all lights on and pumps working. The woman deliberately waited until we had the nozel in the tank and she turned the pumps off. When we rang she was so rude and hung up mid way through my complaint. Not the way to handle a customer. If the person was working for me she would not have a job and I would ensure that customer's are treated right.
The service is fantastic and shop is neat and clean ! The wash bays are great - really recommend. The fuel price is good and cheaper than some other places.
At 6:40 tonight I experienced an encounter with a person who should not have customer contact. I was abused without saying a word. My crime: I parked my car with the pump on my right & proceeded to walk the hose to my filler cap on the left of my car & I hasten to add that I had entered from the same side as all other customers. The console operater ran out side & proceeded to abused me for doing so. Her language was X rated & I had not even said a word. I thought I was contributing to the efficient use of the petrol station. No one else was using this lane. If bad service is your thing, consider using this business. If not, use the new Liberty a little further west on Gnangara Rd. More pumps. Cleaner inside. No risk of encountering the psycho-console-operator.
Been going there for years. Still choose them over new liberty few metres away. Staff are great.
Occasionally I'll come here,will grab my smoko here if in a rush during the mornings,very quick service
