I'm not someone who would post a bad review but I was very disappointed with the service at this fuel station. First I waited for a few minutes at the pump but the customer representative was nowhere to be seen, went to the door knocked and stood there for few minutes as I was trying to be understanding that he/she might be working at the back stocking up and stuff but there was no response AT ALL. Went back to the car and honked a few times but it seem that the person doesn't give a damn about the service. Had to leave without filling up the fuel.
Slurped machine not working and once the employee force me to give a good review even though I didn’t want to But recommend to go for slurped early
No atm here, unlike every other petrol station in w.a, refused cash.. awesome convenience
I went to buy cigarettes at 7-Eleven, and the customer service guy was very impolite rude and rude. And he didn’t give me the cigarettes in normal manner. He threw them at me. Don’t go here.
It's actually a nice place. But the prices are so high on the snacks.
Poor service offered. Went for an urgent cash from the ATM, and lost my card in there. The pin code was right, also heard the machine counting the notes and when it came a time for the machine to return the card. There was nothing out. Tried to inform the attendant but unfortunately he just laughed. Also stated that the machine is not ours. That was dumb response i ever got as to because the machine is installed inside the store with 7 Eleven logos all over it and yet the store attendant said its not ours. Thats how this stores treat their customers. I was hoping for a better service and sincere advice to be given after the incident.
They have rewards and when u go to collect,they say they don't have any .Shame on you 7/11
By far the worst 7/11 store in Perth. It’s a shame because I tend to always try and find a 7/11 before anywhere else. Definitely do not go here, the staff think everything is a joke. For example I withdrew $900 using the ATM inside and it dispensed it in $20 notes. Okay I get maybe it’s out of $50 notes, however when I asked the guy at the till he flat out refused and stated that do not swap over any cash. All I was asking was $200 in $50 notes and he just laughed and said “we don’t do that here we don’t ever carry $50 notes” Also why don’t ANY of the machines ever work inside? That in itself is another joke to all the staff. God this place is so infuriating never go here.
Amazingly racist female staff she looks like an Indian specifically who worked on Friday 6th of August around 3pm. She greeted everyone and served them very well but not me. I was confused the first time but after I left, I came back again to confirm. She did exactly the same thing. When I confronted her I told her what she was doing was very obvious and it is not the way of serving customers.
Came in and bought a sim, the cashier didn’t scan and activate on their end. I came back and they put the responsibility on me to tell them to scan the sim.. Actually unbelievable, staff were very rude and aggressive.
