Story

Our historical pub is in the heart of the Inner West; and is the oldest Public House in the area. Reimagined into Public House Petersham from October with a new industrial style aesthetic, shipping-container Beer Garden, herb garden, wood-fire pizza oven, craft beer focus and wine on tap!

The new menu will be made to share, and PHP will be the perfect place to gather together with friends.

Our focus is on our locals, and we're embracing the arts scene in Petersham. Check out our new street art installations and join us for crafty workshops and events!

This used to be a cool pub with cook your own steaks, now it is hipster chic with overpriced drinks

Great beer selection, standard pub style menu done well. Large outdoor area out the back with a great vibe, perfect spot to have a drink and enjoy a wood fire pizza. Pool table and arcade games inside, has a bit of a sports bar feel and usually has the game on in the background. Can get busy!

Great venue. Table service. Young crowd. Excellent Bloody Mary. Lovely staff. Personally not a fan of the menu. Very pricey pizzas for the size and toppings.

Really nice pub! Dog friendly, great food and lovely staff. I had a great time! Very great for covid because you can order food and drinks via an app at your table. The only tiny issue I had was they only had one dessert option, I wish there was more choice.

Great place for dinner! Love how many vegetarian options they have too. Had the lasagna & a woodfired pizza with some Grenache wine; delicious! Also, great atmosphere and still making sure everyone is covid-safe.
