My wife and I have had the pleasure of dining at Public Dining Room since its inception, which is now 16 years. Yesterday was another wedding anniversary and Monique and her wonderful team were again exceptional. The weather was perfect and from beginning to end the lunch was superb. The new menu was awesome and everyone in the kitchen excelled themselves. When the staff know you and make sure you are looked after, it just makes it so easy to keep going back. Thank you again Monique and your team for making our special day a very memorable one. Look forward to seeing everyone again very soon so we can enjoy such a picturesque location, it was so good to enjoy a lunch there rather than dinner.
Recently, we had dinner at Public Dining Room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The warm ambiance and the stunning view of Balmoral Beach created an enchanting atmosphere. From the delicious entrees to the main courses and desserts, every dish was satisfying and beautifully presented, enhancing the flavors. The attentive service from the waitress made our evening even more enjoyable. Our family will definitely visit this place again.
Amazing food with the beautiful view of the Balmoral Beach. All the food we ordered was delicious and aesthetic. Lots of different seafood dish options and plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. There is parking available but this area can get very busy and would recommend to ditch the car and enjoy not worrying about looking for parking! Also the meat is halal but always double check.
We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at PDR - absolutely right decision. Kylie and the team are extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Everyone is enjoying the time. Service is great. The food are great overall but the steak is overcooked a bit. We’d love to come back to try other dish on menu sometime.
Beautiful location, warm atmosphere, exceptional menu and friendly service. Our group of 32 had the set menu 4 options for entree and mains + sides and every meal looked and tasted devine. Wine menu is incredible. Our budget was $150 a person inc drinks and the staff helped us stick to it. Nothing was too much effort for the entire staff who made our day extra special. Thank you!
