The care, friendliness & professionalism of the medical staff certainly made up for one individual at the reception desk. She was too negative & too harsh to deal with public in those situations.nOn the other hand , Linda Dr Singh’s assistant was absolutely everything a patient could wish for. 10 /10 for her.
Today I had a repeat procedure which was previously completed at a different imaging company. I was absolutely terrified and I can't talk more highly of Dr Andrew Baldy, Tori and Kate.nDr Baldy got the needle positioning right in 2 goes. Kate asked me if I would like a cold compress sensing I was overheated even before I lay down. Tori was friggin amazing keeping me calm talking about a previous holiday she'd been on. Dr Baldy even chimed in and stayed in the room wearing a weighted vest whilst CT was operating.nI cant tell you how much they all kept me calm. They all even thanked me for letting them know how nervous I was so they could help me relax. Its a blessing that such caring medical professionals exist and I truly thank them for their sensitivity, compassion and kindness shown in a stressful time. I hope PRP recognises their efforts and I cant recommend Dr Baldy high enough for anyone seeking his medical services. Thankyou!
The staff were excellent and knowledgeable..nThey informed me exactly what I was going to experience during my CT scan and of the timing and procedure. A great experience.
Organised, friendly, calm, they played music inside the MRI and gave me a blanket. A lovely way to spend 30 minutes.
Got sent here because PR Warriewood had technical issues. The nicest staff - thank you for squeezing me in to your busy schedule.
