From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and helpful.nThere was a short wait before I was escorted to the MRI imaging area. Both the technician and his assistant, Alison, were welcoming. I started to get a little claustrophobic, so Alison offered to chat while the process happened, which kept me calm. Very pleasant people! By the way. I was given a choice of music to listen to throughout the process--Pink Floyd goes well with an MRI.
Went there with my 90 year old mum. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance by the ultrasound nurse / assistant. Who doesn't even offer to help a 90 year old lady with a walker who is there for an issue with her knee who obviously has difficulty walking? No attempt to help get on to and off the bed, more concerned with tidying up. Totally unacceptable behaviour from someone who should surely display care to her patients. Zero out of ten.
Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Good experience! Online booking wasn’t the best, and no-one followed up with a phone call as is suggested in the form. I recommend skipping the online bit and going for the old fashioned phone call. Talk to a person.
Had a MRI booked this afternoon 18/6/24 from the time I was greeted and being taken into the MRI room I felt unwelcome, no greeting, how are you, nothing was just like follow me are you ready, cold as ice.nThe young woman of Asian appearance was cold and unfriendly. I did not feel the beginning of the MRI was handled as well as it should have been, once I was put into the machine with no music, last time I had a MRI the music started before I entered the machine and the staff kept talking to me to check I was OK, nothing like that happened this time and the whole process I felt was rushed and almost robotic, a little friendly caring bedside manner would have gone along way at this point. I then became anxious opened my eyes and saw where I was, I felt I could not continue and the girls almost didn't care, like OK no worries see you later attitude. I would have thought their training would have taught them how to support and manage these MRI appointments with the patients.nI returned to this clinic because the MRI I had 12 months ago the staff were great and it really did make a difference, this time it was completely difference with the young woman of Asian appearance going through the motions with little care towards the patient. The other young lady was good but didn't step up to help, the Asian lady just bulldozed her way through the process and let the appointment fall apart. I feel like I could have done that MRI if the team had helped me through the process better, I'm disappointed it turned out like this, at the end of the day I still have my bad shoulder and I don't know what's wrong with it :
PRP Frenchs Forest, arrive early for my appointment which was way so early...Staff was welcoming, polite have manage to get my ct scan done earlier expected, they have been very caring and helpful..nShame the cost is over the top tho.
