I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Lumas Imaging. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond what I ever expected. When they couldn't fit me into their schedule, rather than simply turning me away, they took the time to find me an appointment at another location, provided clear directions, and even offered helpful parking suggestions. That level of care and dedication is rare, and it made all the difference. Truly exceptional service — I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Such a great experience at this clinic getting some scans done for my son. Everyone from the reception staff to the sonographer made us feel so welcome and well looked after. Thanks for taking such great care.
The staff at Lumus Imaging fast tracked my appointment, which gave me peace of mind. The reception staff were courteous and very helpful. The radiologist was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for bone density testing
I only had to wait a few days to get a booking within LUMUS whereby I believe one has to wait over 2 months for an appointment at PRP Imaging. PLUS at Northern Beaches Hospital at LUMUS IMAGING I was dealt with & whipped away into the Imaging area about 20 minutes before my scheduled booking time. PLUS I was feeling VERY ANXIOUS as I didn’t know how I’d cope going into the tunnel. And Paul made me feel very reassured about
