Pretty decent.nnSent them a request after an ED visit the day before but because it’s was Anzac Day, I didn’t expect anything, but did get a phone call like an hour after to make my booking for next day which worked out well, happened to work in the area during my runs so it’s made my booking easy.nnWas served right away after arrival even before I finished my forms haha. Techie was struggling a bit to ultrasound my stomach and kidneys before a senior bloke showed up and helped him out due to me struggling or could be just because my body posture seems odd or just my skinny and very slim stature didn’t help….nnTechie tried their best, but when senior one jump in and help out, it’s show good workmanship between the workers….nnSenior techie said I don’t have to show up on Monday but admin says they’re not sure and haven’t gotten a phone call back. Lucky my booking was reasonably early so can show up without too much disruption to my day.
I've recently had MRIs, an X-ray and ultrasound at Lumus. Service was excellent, waiting time minimal if at all, and cost cheaper than elsewhere.
Very kind and helpful staff. Service was outstanding and while they are busy they keep people moving with lovely kindness.nThank you and highly recommended.
Very helpful staff. Quick waiting time. Very courteous in the way that they treated me during my scans.
