I purchased a jewellery item that, unfortunately, I had to exchange my fault. That exchange was easy and without hassle. The price difference was on a gift card to be used in the next 3 years. Thank you, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

Poor customer service today blonde lady offered little product information And seemed more interested in standing at the til than greeting customers walking in, chermside store train their staff better, and this lady was not even young.

Waited around 15mins for staff to become available, then they served the next person that came in after me. The sales person even smiled at me on my way out! Rude! I've previously purchased a lot from this store. I won't be back.

Staff are always very helpful. Very happy with our purchase & we got a great bargain!

What a waste of time entering this store. I visited Prouds at Strathpine on Friday the 9th of October about 3:15pm, I was there to buy a pendant for my sisters 21st. As I entered the store there were 2 staff members at different counters, NO other customers in the store, I received no acknowledgement but I knew where the item was that I wanted so I just went straight to it. I checked the window and confirmed what I wanted while I waited for one of them to notice me and come over, neither did. So I went to where the register was thinking there might be a bell or that another staff member would notice me. Still neither of the 2 women behind the counters acknowledged me but this position gave me a perfect view of 2 other staff members ‘out the back’ looking at phones, giggling and socialising. There was a total of 4 staff members in this shop!! I waited over 5 minutes with no service and then left. I would have thought in the current climate people especially in the jewellery industry would have been jumping for my business but apparently they must not have needed it. I went down the other end of the shopping centre and purchased from Michael Hill who greeted me as soon as I walked in the shop and were polite and helpful.

We always go here for gifts. Great prices, . I recenting purchased a baby name bracelet, for my new great-grand-daughter.

Very pleasant helpful staff. Very patient with older customers. Good selection of merchandise at different prices.
