My son bought me a lovely ring for my birthday, it had to be resized so I received it on 21/9/2018.Approx 3 weeks later. It's white gold and diamonds and less than 4weeks.later a diamond has fallen out. This is the 2nd time a diamond has fallen out of a ring purchased from Goldmark The first one did take 2years. And I have to say, Goldmark did replace it. But,,, I always believed a diamond was forever? ?? I'm so disappointed
Terrible customer service. It was a chore for girl manager to serve ne. She didn't even know which ladies watch brands were on sale and couldn't offer me any suggested alternative to the one I liked but it was from another store.
Good service, prices a little dear for what we wanted......
Lovely friendly staff very helpful
