Not great service or after sales care Had a couple of products purchased from the store sent off to be cleaned & restored only a few months after purchase, was told this would take a week....contact details were given only to find one item was sent back as there would be a surcharge on top of fees spent for one way & not for another & now will take four more days....this could have been resolved with one phone call....!!! & to top it off...we had to approach the store to find out where our items were at. The staff were also told that we needed this done as quickly as possible Next time I think we will shop with Michael Hill....always looked after with warranty at nil extra charges on items at this cost
