Brought a bridal set and advised salesperson that I will be getting resized and asked if it could be resized she advised it would be fine I live some distance like a hour away so was happy with that.. Went to get resized at local jewellers only to be told can’t be done due to the size different I called prouds after that only to be told oh we can’t do anything only issue a refund if u want to bring it back. If staff don’t know about resizing maybe they should not say it can be resized people don’t partially enjoy driving back and hour and a bit just to take their ring back disappointment is putting it lightly
Was looking for a gold chain today. The two ladies who are working there today was very unhelpful, very unprofessional dealing with us. They were still talking to each when we came in, have to wait to be served. You should do a re training on these ladies.
I bought a necklace as a Christmas present and the buckle broke at the end of February. When I took it to the store the first junior store girl wanted nothing to do with it and immediately palmed me to the manager who immediately said there was nothing they could do before even looking at the necklace. I insisted it be sent away for assessment and received a quote of $280 to replace the clasp. 2 months after purchasing I’d think this would fall under warranty. Not repairing the necklace is one think but the terrible service is what I am more annoyed about. Both staff members were so dismissive and rude. I would discourage all from shopping here for their inferior jewelry, non-existent warranty policy and their terribly rude and inept staff.
Went in to look for an item I saw online and wanted to purchase. There were three staff members, one young lady who was already serving a couple and two other staff who were talking at the counter. I waited and walked around the store a few times waiting for someone to offer assistance, as the two staff did not acknowledge me or offer assistance. Eventually the young lady finished serving the couple and offered assistance to me immediately and sold me a few pieces more than I originally intended to purchase. Good on the young lady for being good at her job, shame on the other two for their poor customer service.
Worst service ever I have experienced today. 50% sale.....huh...still no customer compared to Micheal hills or Goldmark which are next door and no sale. I am not one of those who just look around. I always look for buying. Ended up buying diamond rings from both Micheal hills and Goldmark but could not stay more than few minutes to tolerate the attitude in your service. Need to learn to deal with customer. Shame on you. If I could, I would put negative star or no star.
Tried to swap a item and was rudely spoken to. I could understand if I couldn’t but no need to be so rude. I have never felt so uncomfortable by another woman. Won’t be back.
Blond woman with witch fake lashes thicker than her chances of staying employed, tried to serve us but guess what? We ended up buying from Micheal Hills. Her bad attitude was through the roof as if we're the ones that need her. Fire her, because she's the reason I see customers in every other jewellery store except for Prouds. She's gonna drive future customers away and drown your business. Take note: blond, shoulder length hair with fake lashes working between 5-6pm 15 October 2021.
Purchased a diamond ring, after 6 months a diamond fell out, took 2.5 months to get a resolution ring was replaced with a new one. After 3 weeks a diamond fell out again, returned to the store and was told that it would have to be sent off again customer service is an absolute joke, was told by a staff member that I couldn't contact their head office as they did not have one, Google search soon proved that too be false. Don't make my mistake don't even bother with this store!
Spoke to Helen on the phone and came to an agreement on price for my fiancé’s wedding ring. As soon as I walked in the store she refused to sell the rings at the agreed price and claimed that the conversation was misinterpreted even though she confirmed the price twice over the phone prior to going to the store.
The worst customer service ever. Very very disappointed about the service. And the lady who was at the shop is racist. I would like to give zero star if I had.
