The young man was wonderful and knowledgeable. Not too pushy but helped my partner and I look at many rings that were within our budget. Unfortunately nothing of the massive selection fit our taste and our fingers. We decided against buying a ring on this visit but had planned on coming back at a later date. All this sounds great so why 1 star you ask? Well before leaving we asked the gentleman who had been helping us if we could size our fingers, mostly out of curiosity but yes also so we could shop elsewhere if needed. Once we were at the front counter where the sizing rings were kept the old hag on the stool started berating us questioning why we would size our fingers and that the rings should just fit or not. After several minutes of her essentially questioning WHY WOULD YOU SIZE YOUR FINGER we just left. Very rude. Not going back.

Sorry, but could it be that you had a bad day writing that review Garry Donovan?! I have been to this shop many times and have experienced the best every time. Like so many people I know who have been there, the lady who appraises and deals with the jewellery valuations has been very knowledgeable and honest and the prices paid at Alexa's Treasures were more than fair.

Hi C Cen, Sorry I could not just go past your defamation of Alexa's Treasures, which is absolutely my favourite shop for all sorts of reasons. Anyhow one of these reasons is the person you so cheaply and nastily call "old hag". This senior lady within that shop has throughout the years has helped me (and so many others I know) in the most wonderful ways . Maybe this shop is a class too high for you even so their prices and quality cater for everyone. Be a little more careful when you address people who deserve respect and don't just spit out anger for , as you admit it yourself, because your curiosity and tricky demands have not been met.

I am very disappointment with the customer service I received. The ‘manners’ or lack of were appalling. The larger, older lady (whom I imagine is the owner) was downright disrespectful. She was incapable of showing any kind of friendly emotion. People like this should not work in customer service. I signed up for a google account just so I could leave this review. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Absolutely stunning jewellery! Such a huge store now that they renovated and soooo much to choose from. Fantastic prices and really friendly staff too. They let me try on a bunch of rings until i fpund the perfect one! Have told all my friends :)
