A very rustic bakery and their goodies smell divine. Really good pastries and tarts. Coffee with soy or regular milk is good, but I wouldn't recommend their almond milk based coffees. It was the watery kind of almond milk not the barista type one and unfortunately I had to throw it out had it to take away.
After cycling up 1:20, we always stop here. Today the staff were very friendly and the vibe was a bit Xmas jazzy. Had a good chat about making sourdough with the main man and enjoyed a particularly fine coffee and Mazziotta, coffee name Elvis! Thank you very much

Honestly, this bakery/Cafe is the best in Victoria. I take the coffee bean from them since discovered this place as couldn’t find more tasty one for long time. Also, friendly and respectful staffs always make you welcoming. Thanks
Why haven't I visited this place sooner? This bakery is top of my list of Sassafras offerings with beautiful artisan bread, breakfast and pastry offerings. Coffee was spot on and friendly service. Care and attention flows from Proserpina. Will be visiting again soon to try out another creation.
not a busy morning here, has the Egg and bacon Tart and the scramble egg sandwiches nice little shop with all the groceries, look pretty cool
