Instead of writing the whole narrative I will simply note - every step of the experience working with Property Planning Australia has been stressful, not stress free. I signed up to make life easier. It has not. From feeling I needed to explain deposit requirements for different banks, being advised to bargain my rates with the bank directly and to lie to them, even the conveyancer they recommended. My experiences are as per previous negative post.

Initially dealing with property planning Australia was fantastic. Very helpful, great communication, and certainly made us consider things we would have never thought about otherwise. We also chose to use their in-house broker to assist us with purchasing a property who was excellent. Once this was done, and the property was purchased, this is where there was a significant drop off in the level of support provided. We now started to deal with other staff who we had not spoken to in the 12 months prior. These people were never contactable by phone, slow replies to emails, or no replies to emails at all. We had our mortgages restructured and needed to change all of our expenses, direct debits and incomes etc, to come out of a particular new account which literally took days and days to do. After a week or so we noticed the account we were told use was incorrect so it all needed to be changed again. The next step after purchasing the house was to do the long term simulation. We requested this be done in January 2021 and did not receive it until February 2022. I had to prompt them for progress updates multiple times and genuinely thought it was never going to be provided. Almost 12 months after asking for the long term simulation to be done, they had the cheek to try and sell us another product worth thousands when they still had not delivered everything we purchased almost 2 years earlier. Finally, once we did receive the simulation, they said they would be in contact with us within a week to discuss it with us after we have had time to read it ..it's currently august and that's never happened. If you don't have two years to wait, Find another property strategist.

This was our first time using Property Planners and we found the experience to be excellent. Property Planners organised our re-financing and it was very professionally handled. Ryan and his team were efficient, very clear in their communications and new their products very well, it made the process as easy as possible.
