Had my car towed here a few times (seperate reasons) Scotty and his team do great work. They are prompt in calling to advise they have the car, what the problem is and giving you a quote they stick too. Great service and easy to deal with would reccomend.

Have been taking my car here for servicing since approx 2010. Initially started going here because they were certified to do Toyota warranty servicing, then was so happy with their service that I continued after the warranty expired. Recently had an issue that proved very difficult to diagnose, made the mistake of taking it to two other mechanics my car enthusiast friends had recommended first, and eventually ended up at Prompt Autos out of frustration with the lack of diagnosis, let alone solution to the issue from the other mechanics. Prompt autos diagnosed it straight away and fixed it with the first attempt. They definitely know Toyotas inside out!
