Disappointed would be an understatement.
More interested in the buyer of the property than ensuring that the seller(who is paying the commission) has their expectations met.. 
The agent was asked to supply an accurate market appraisal
to set the price of the property when listed for sale.
Their appraisal was $40k too high,which led to very low property interest
and a delayed sale and very disappointed sellers.
We have not heard from the agents since the contract was signed ,except to ensure that the keys were handed over ON TIME.

Poor communication, disorganized drama and odd text messages at 1am saying we were demanding and playing games.  We were just trying to buy a nice house.
