I have used Professional Collection Services a number of times over the past 12 months and I never expected to get anything back,but can honestly say that these guys have excelled at everything I have thrown at them. I always have a great chat with the lady chasing my debts and I couldn't recommend them enough. I will definitely be using them again the next time someone drags the chain.

My dealings with Professional Collection services have not been very professional to date. As the client whom they are collecting for, they are very quick to issue invoices and follow up payment for legal costs however extremely slow when it comes time do any collecting. i have now left over 15 unreturned messages over the last two months, neither our agent or the state manager will take my calls although they will feed excuses back to the receptionist to pass on to me about following it up straight away. The case has now been in progress for over 12 months. Incredibly unprofessional service, using this company will make you regret your choice to use an agency to collect your bad debts. The poor - fair rating doesn't begin to describe the headaches you are in for with Profcol.
