Honest, trustworthy, reliable and relatable are just a few words that come to mind when I think about Procare. They have serviced every car myself and my wife have owned in Toowoomba, and I've never had a complaint. My wife loves that she doesn't feel talked down or baffled when something needs to be fixed on her car. Thank you for being great at what you do.

Had great service, reasonable prices
Bloody brilliant. Had a basic 260k service, they also did a full veh check and gave a detailed explanation of what was going on and what needed to be kept an eye on for the future. Definitely recommend and will be going here from now on.
These guys are the best, as a business that is dependent on my car ProCare have always allowed to bring the car in immediately if it is urgent and make sure the car is able to run until parts come in and they are able to fix things properly. The work has always been done professionally and in a timely manner. There quoting is fair, reasonable and always with a smile. The final job has occasionally cost less than the quote and they will always run through what they have done in a language easy for none mechanic me to understand. I've been using their services for 10 years now and haven't had a single complaint!
Procare has been servicing my cars for over 10 years. I have always received honest and reliable service and dependable mechanical advise. All work done, or needs to be done, is explained so even non mechanical people like me can understand. Wouldn't go any where else.
Very experienced and friendly staff here. They really know there mechanics and willing to advise for the best options
