PrixCar were quick, and easy to get in communication with; I requested an escalation on yesterday Thursday as I won't be in town next week - the representative on the phone contacted the Willawong centre and had my car delivered the next day.nnMost importantly, no damage to my vehicle. 10/10 service.
They damaged my car and are not taking responsibility. They put a huge dent. The worker at the depo told me he informed the office of the damage and gave me a claim card to submit a claim. A few days later I submitted a claim and they are not taking responsibility.
Love this business with a passion. Pay for what you get and the service is great.nnBrad Ezard is top notch and needs an immediate pay rise
Prixcar took 3 weeks to transport my car from Brisbane to Darwinncall centre staff were not helpful and the online tracking was useless.nThere has to be better options for car transport out there.
Very professional, Admin staff are very good to work with to schedule pickup and drop off which was very timely on the dot. The staff that picked up and dropped off car know what they are doing for the care and safety of the car and transportation. Totally worth the value of service, they have an awesome standard of systems and processes. Highly recommended.
