purchased x5 exclusive James Northfield prints from this gallery, all 5 came delivered in 1 tube even though I requested to ‘pick up’ - I wasn’t even told to expect this shipment.. and were of very average quality. For an exclusive print of that price from a “gallery” can we at least get decent paper for the smaller A2/A3 prints? Certainly not archival paper honestly looked as if all were printed straight off a roll of paper from OfficeWorks.. The prints weren’t even the exact dimensions mentioned nor printed similarly or even centered. Was a nightmare to frame, had to measure and fix up the sizing to at least match the set to one another.. uncommon sized print so you must adjust if you wish to frame - if you guys can’t provide equal white border space to assist with professional framing at least print on decent paper to justify the cost of custom framing required! Nothing is even mentioned on their site what paper they use or the print border size to expect etc. - this is basic stuff. I have a photographer and x2 artist in the family a senior traditional + a digital artist all with print/framing experience as we used to have a gallery in Bentleigh ourselves - literally all of us looking at these with disappointment. And don’t expect a reply from them, been 2 weeks and they haven’t bothered to acknowledge my concern, so google review it is.
