GAZETTE
Inspired by the vibrancy of Roman culture, Gazette brings a fun playful take to Italian dining with a focus on traditional, hearty dishes. A Josper oven forms the centrepiece of the kitchen, firing charcoal grilled Margaret River veal and prime cuts of beef. Regional ingredients feature across the menu – try a salad of charcoal-grilled Western Australian cuttlefish, or Fremantle octopus with locally-sourced chorizo. Hand-made pizzas and pastas round out the menu – just as you’d expect from this modern twist on classic Italian dining.

APPLE DAILY
Named after Hong Kong’s popular daily newspaper, Apple Daily serves up exotic south-east Asian street food. Open for lunch and dinner, the menu has been designed for sharing with a selection of snacks, large plates, sides and desserts. The beverage menu features Western Australian beers, wines, sparkling and spirits from all over the world, including Taiwanese whiskey, sake and house-made liquor.

BOB'S BAR
Venture up the newspaper lined staircase to Bob’s Bar – a rooftop terrace named after Australia’s third-longest serving Prime Minister, Bob Hawke. Bob’s Bar provides a sterling view of the city’s tallest buildings, a place to relax – take a load off, and a reality check for anyone looking in from their desk past 5. Mingle for a drink by the red tiled bar, or stay a while over a selection from our Honky Tonk menu.

Small Print is a quality focused specialty coffee house, bakery, and café. Our purpose is to source the best coffee beans from around the world. Our offer also includes delectable pastries, artisan breads, baguettes, muffins and sandwiches, as well as house-made pies, pasties and sausage rolls.
