Market Grounds is an inner city pub, inspired by its location resting on the old Perth Market sites.

Story

Modern, inviting and versatile, Market Grounds will go down in Perth’s history for more than just its excellent atmosphere, but as an inner city pub that pays homage to it’s historical roots as a market place.

The new double-storey venue will be the first link between the CBD and Northbridge in more than 100 years, as part of the newly revitalised Perth City Link.

Located in Kings Square, Market Grounds is divided into multiple zones; the beer garden, main bar, dining area, sunken lounge and mezzanine.

The hero space of the venue is The Grounds. The eastern-facing beer garden will have an incredible market place feel, with eclectic furniture, potted herbs and bordering fruit trees. Designed for sun-loving patrons, the outdoor beer garden will also feature a Heineken car that will double as a bar.

The venue’s food and beverage offering is designed to encourage social gatherings with shared food, great produce and multiple menu options that boast a modern twist.

The downstairs restaurant offers a dining experience centered around sharing and the front bar presents a relaxed and casual dining menu.

Upstairs, the oasis-themed lounge and function room boasts exceptional views of Kings Square - the perfect setting for those looking to have a dance and enjoy the mezzanine.

Market Grounds will serve up delicious food, cocktails, wine, and an epic experience.
