When they have a Sale its CHEAP ! and I buy up. Staff have ALWAYS been nice to me. Maybe its because I am nice to them.
Staff always lovely but so frustrating the stock control. So many times product I want is not available....
To refuse to refund for a defective product, is illegal under NSW Fair Trading and ACCC law. Pharmacist and manager David intimidated me into leaving the store after refusing to refund for a defective product. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely disgusting experience here! Old man owner of store is disgusting, rude and despicable, now make an effort to go to the much nicer and friendlier store down the road in Neutral Bay!
Quality stock. Decent staff. Fast prescriptions.
If i could give it a zero i would, the staff are a disgrace and you don't even want to meet the horrible owner. Take the time to drive else where as anything would be better then this place.
I feel very well looked after. The pharmacists here have all my scripts and know me now, so I don't have to worry that my unique medical mash up mixed up. They are compassionate and helpful and seem to genuinely care.
