Really good variety of house old products i bought tooth brush mens underarm spray very nice women serving me polite let me know of specials how new products are introduced in to the store.Asked if i would like to join email newsletter and go in draw to win.
Asking politely if they have a sort of make up like i usually see in PaknSave, the counter lady doesnt have a customer service etiquette. She made sure I will feel like I'm cheap by buying make ups in PakNsave. Very rude!
Staff need to be in check!! Another shopper told me that as I walked in the store the lady at the checkout motioned to another member of staff to keep an eye on me. As I was looking around she resorted to following me around, hawking my every move. Left as I was uncomfortable and I was not going to be spending my money on such a business where staff make customers feel like they aren’t welcome and judged based on appearance. Bad first experience at this store with the two racist women that were rostered on.
